If you are unhappy with your product or service and wish to cancel your order or arrange a refund, please follow the instructions below.
- Cancel order
If you are not happy with the product you have purchased, please contact Ready Made Telecom within 48 working hours of your purchase to cancel the order. Please call us on 0844 736 2685 or email sales@readymadetelecom.co.uk and we will arrange the cancellation and refund. - Account closure and refunds
If your account set up is complete (you have returned your registration form and contract), contact Ready Made Telecom within 7 days to discuss the details with your account manager. We will arrange a refund if you contact us within 7 days. We will not issue a refund after 7 days if there are no problems with your account or services. - Customer service contact information
